About The Role
As an ERP Implementation Specialist at Delight ERP, you will be the bridge between our software and our clients' success. You will lead the deployment, configuration, and training phases for new B2B customers, ensuring a seamless transition to our cloud platform.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for manufacturing, retail, and service businesses.
- Gather business requirements and map them to Delight ERP workflows.
- Perform data migration mapping and system configuration.
- Conduct comprehensive user training sessions (online and occasionally on-site).
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting during the critical hypercare phase.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience implementing ERP, CRM, or complex SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, HR).
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous deployment projects.
- Basic understanding of SQL or data manipulation via Excel/CSV is a huge plus.
