About The Role
Delight ERP is rapidly expanding its mobile footprint, and we are looking for a talented Flutter Developer to join our core engineering team. You will be responsible for building beautiful, high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android that tightly integrate with our mission-critical B2B SaaS ERP backend.
What You'll Do
- Design and build advanced, responsive cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new mobile-first features.
- Work intimately with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to our core PHP backend services.
- Identify and correct performance bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth 60fps UI experience.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automated testing across the mobile codebase.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience building and releasing Flutter apps to the App Store and Google Play.
- Strong understanding of Dart programming language and state management patterns (Provider, BLoC, Riverpod).
- Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a huge plus.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI coding tools (such as Antigravity, Codex, and Claude) to accelerate development.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and integrating third-party SDKs (Firebase, Stripe, Google Maps).
